Are regular production progress reports and updates provided to clients during the manufacturing phase?
Yes, upon supplier confirmation, we provide a detailed production schedule, setting clear expectations for order fulfillment timelines. We monitor the production time and supervise all procedures to ensure both you and we have a full understanding of the process.
What strategies are used to guarantee consistent product quality in mass manufacturing operations?
We offer clients a visual journey through the manufacturing process, documented through photos and videos, to avoid processing mistakes and prevent extra reworks. If defects are found during PSI, we present photos with the report and arrange rework or replacement. Delivery is arranged only after you confirm the quality.
What measures are taken to ensure color consistency across different product batches during manufacturing?
Accurate color matching is ensured by confirming the Pantone number pre-sampling, with an approved golden sample serving as the benchmark for mass production color consistency. We suggest getting 2-3 samples in the same colors with deviation, confirming by each party, and controlling the color range between samples in mass production. Any colors out of range are regarded as defects.
